How do you determine the length of each item?
For the earrings we measure lengths from the top of the shepherd hook to the bottom of the earring. Width is always the widest point.
Pendants are measured from the top of the bale to the bottom of the pendant. Width is always the widest point.
Are all measurements accurate?
All measurements are approximate. I find it very hard to give exact measurements, due to the fact, that most pieces are in between .25″, .50″ and 1″.
Why does some of your jewelry look like gold?
Unfortunately I am not a professional photographer and I do take my own pictures.
The reflection on polished silver, and or if the item has many twists and swirls, they will take on the surrounding colors around me.
Unless stated differently, all items are sterling silver.
Do you guarantee all your items are .925 sterling silver?
Yes we do.
We have a promise from all our Importers that the Silver Jewelry we buy from them is guaranteed to be .925 sterling silver.
For many reasons, not all silver jewelry is marked. For one thing, registering a trademark costs over $1,000. Makers may choose to not spend so much money for a legal hallmark. Small-time artists and Native American silversmiths rarely trademark their work.
Findings and components, for example are often not stamped. Users of finished components, however, can choose to attach a mark to the finished piece (for example on a chain tab).
US law does now allow the maker’s name in place of a trademark or hallmark. This satisfies the accountability at the heart of the US stamping act
How do I redeem my Gift Certificate or promotional offer
Very simple.
For Gift Certificates, add your price amount to the shopping cart.
For coupon codes, at the checkout, enter the promotional code in the specific box and your discount will be applied to your order.

What payments are available?
I have now two payment gateways available on my website.
Stripe which accepts payment with Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
We also accept payment with PayPal. Paypal accepts all credit cards and you do not need an account to make payment with them.
Once you decide to buy an item, just click on the Paypal icon or Stripe, then follow the instructions to complete your purchase.
Both are secure sites.
What currency are your prices in?
My site is now set up to change my prices into CAD, USD, EUR, AUD, and GPB currency’s.
You will see a drop down tab at the top right of my website or beside the prices of each item.
Just click on your currency and it will change my entire site to that.
This will also be shown at the checkout.
Where do you ship to? From where do you ship?
We ship Worldwide.
We are located in British Columbia, Canada.
All orders are shipped out through Canada Post.
Please allow 1-8 weeks delivery depending on where and how you would like it shipped.
How much is shipping? How is it packaged?
International Air/Surface outside Canada and United States, 4-6 weeks for delivery.
Canada, up to 9 days. United States 5-8 days. No tracking number, no signature
Shipping and Handling~$7.00 set fee plus. $1.50 per item.
Flat rate: United States and Canada only. 4 business days, includes tacking number and requires a signature in Canada, not United States.
Shipping and handling $20.00
***Shipping for Watches is an extra $14.00 and I will send you an separate invoice for this.
All parcels are sent by Canada Post.
If you live in an area where the shipping will be more I will contact you to let you know the cost.
If you live in an International country such as the UK, Spain, Australia ~anywhere outside of Canada your shipped order may require additional charges. Customs, duty rate, VAT rate and taxes. These fees maybe charged and you will have to pay for upon pick-up. Please familiarize yourself with is before you make your order.
Packaging.
Each item is placed into a small box, or a gift bag and sent in a padded envelope, or, if you have a few items, each item will be in a gift bag or box and then sent in one larger box.
What are your return policies?
I pride myself in my collection of Beautiful Sterling Silver Jewelry and fully guarantee each piece will arrive to you exactly as you see it here on my website.
We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase.
Each item is inspected before it leaves to ensure its arrival to you is perfect.
Our pictures and descriptions are very accurate. Please note all sizes in the descriptions to be sure the item is perfect for you.
Unfortunately Canada Post has changed their charges and insurance policy. There is no insurance anymore and if you require it it costs approx. $70.00~that would be your choice.
If you receive the item and for some reason it is not in perfect condition, and shows damage to the parcel then you will need to contact your post office.
If you receive the item and if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase then please call or email us within 3 days of receiving your order. Once we decide on the issue, you will need to send it back to us.
We will refund your purchase as soon as we receive it.
Unfortunately we can not refund shipping charges.

Do you charge taxes?
Yes and No.
We charge 5% GST ~goods and service tax HST and PST to Provinces in Canada that charge it.
These taxes are also applied to shipping.
Outside Canada is tax exempt.
This tax will be applied to your purchase and shipping charges.
I noticed a Sold item was recently added back to your inventory with a Price change.
If by chance you have noticed an item is Sold and you come back and have noticed the item is for sale with a higher price. This unfortunately is due to the Importer and usually is due to any increase in silver prices.
Most all of my Jewelry from Israel I buy at a special show price. I want to share these amazing deals with you so I keep the prices lower. If you see an item under Israel that is Sold most often I can re-order it. But I must warn you the price on re-order will always be higher.
All in all, I always do my best to try to keep my prices the same as before but when I love an item I will bring it back even though the cost might be increased.
