This sterling silver Blue Topaz pendant forms a slight S curve that ends with a larger drop gem at the bottom.

This design is called The Journey.

Each of the four faceted Blue Topaz Gemstones are set into their own deep bezel, three of which are oval shape and one emerald shape.
